Noida Supertech Twin Tower case: CM Adityanath asks for inquiry into guilty officers

After Supreme Court ordered the demolition of Supertech twin tower in Nodia, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has called for an inquiry and criminal cases against guilty officers.

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court had ordered the demolition of the twin towers within 3 months that had come up in violation of building laws in Noida Sector 93. The SC also directed the real estate developer Supertech to refund the money of flat owners within two months.

The Allahabad High Court had also in 2014, passed the judgement and directed ordering the demolition of two 40-storey twin towers in Noida.
