How much must you walk to keep your heart in good health? A new research has put a cap and surprisingly it is just 21-minutes per day.

The review conducted by Harvard Medical School analysed data on walking and heart health and ascertained that a 21-minute walk per day was sufficient to reduce the risk of heart diseases.
