Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan has teamed up with producer Ekta Kapoor for a dark romantic thriller, titled 'Freddy'.
Confirming the news, Kartik told a leading daily that as an actor he likes to explore different facets of entertainment and with Freddy he is venturing into an uncharted territory which is both exciting and intriguing.
He further added that he is looking forward to dwelling Freddy's world and bring this dark romantic thriller to life.

The film also marks his first collaboration with Ekta Kapoor and filmmaker Shashanka Ghosh. Itwill reportedly go on floors from August 1 in Mumbai.
'Freddy' is Ekta Kapoor and Shashanka Ghosh’s second film together after the hit flick 'Veere Di Wedding'.
