Kajol turns 47, Ajay Devgn says his family was glad to find someone 'speaking' in the house

Kajol who is easily one of Bollywood's most successful actors is celebrating her 47th birthday.

Husband and actor Ajay Devgn had an interesting anecdote to share with fans about his wife. Ajay revealed why his family was thrilled to have Kajol in the house.

Kajol is known for her cheerful and chirpy personality and Ajay said, his family was more than glad that after their marriage, someone in the house was actually talking!

In an interview with Hindustan Times earlier, Ajay Devgn had said, when Kajol moved in with his family, they were more than overjoyed, since Ajay is known to be a recluse and quieter person. Ajay said, that out of two people, one needs to speak and if they both kept quiet, it would be a problem for the couple.

Ajay and Kajol tied the knot in 1999 and have two children--daughter Nysa and son Yug. The couple first met on the sets of 1995 ‘Hulchul’ and got married four years later. 

Kajol made her acting debut with 1992 romantic film ‘Bekhudi’ and tasted success early in her career with her 1993 film ‘Baazigar’ opposite Shah Rukh Khan which became a runaway hit at the box office. Kajol was last seen in the Netflix movie ‘Tribhanga - Tedhi Medhi Crazy’.
