Union minister Anurag Thakur danced with actor Ranveer Singh at the India pavilion at the ongoing Dubai Expo. The two were part of a discussion titled 'The Global Reach of Indian Media & Entertainment Industry'.
The duo danced to the song 'Malhari' from Ranveer's movie 'Bajirao Mastani'. The video was shared on minister Thakur's Twitter account with the caption, "The power of Bollywood transcends barriers."
Speaking at the event, Thakur said that the objective should be to make India the "content subcontinent of the world". He said that this would create millions of jobs in India, while creating content for the world.
