Delhi Assembly's Budget Session began on a confrontational note as Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena's address was interrupted by sloganeering by both BJP and AAP MLAs.
BJP legislators sought Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's resignation over alleged corruption cases, and AAP lawmakers countered the protest. Amid the din, three BJP MLAs were marshalled out on the Speaker's orders.
