A start-up that offers funeral management services is trending on social media.

From providing men to shoulder the body to arranging a pandit, this Mumbai based start-up will arrange everything that is required to perfom last rites.

Sukhant Funeral Management Private Limited became a topic of debate on social media after its stall at the ongoing India International Trade Fair in Delhi caught visitors' eye.

The Mumbai-based firm has displayed a pyre and other cremation essentials at their kiosk.

Diksha Yadav, a Twitter user whose bio says she is journalist who has written for The Hindu and The Statesman, posted a photo of the stall and said that the company charges Rs 38,000 for membership.

The  funeral service, as per a Times Now report has already earned profit of over Rs 50 lakhs and is expecting to mint a turnover of more than Rs 2000 crores.

The pictures are now breaking the internet garnering a split reaction from netizens with some lauding the concept while others calling it 'uncultured.'

While such a business may be giving a 'culture shock' to some people in India, it is common in countries like United States.
