IPS Vivek Raj Singh Kukrele has shared an inspiring story about how he shed 43kgs just by changing his daily lifestyle habits.

Kukrele weighed 88kgs when he was young child in class 8 and by the time he joined the National Police Academy he weight 134kgs.

Though the 46 weeks of his rigorous training helped him lose a lot of the weight, the journey came to a halt in his initial days of service.

Kukrele realized that his habit of not wasting food was one of the major reason for his weight gain.

The IPS officer started to use a health app and became more ‘mindful’ about his diet helping him maintain a body shape.
