Farooq Abdullah, Mehbooba Mufti decide to attend PM's Kashmir meeting after Gupkar huddle

The Gupkar alliance of mainstream political parties in Jammu and Kashmir has accepted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's invitation for an all-party meeting on June 24. 

The decision was taken at a meeting of the alliance chaired by Former chief minister Farooq Abdullah in Srinagar. The meeting was convened to formulate a strategy for PM Modi’s all-party meeting on the erstwhile state.

Abdullah said that he will attend the meeting along with PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti and others.

Gupkar Alliance that is looking to restore J&K's special status said they would keep their agenda before PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.
