Facebook Messenger is introducing three new features to its mobile app with a new update. The changes include three new chat themes, a quick reply bar, QR code scanning and payment links. While the update is being rolled out to both Android and iOS devices, the QR code scanning and payment link features are currently limited to users in the US.
