Actor Nayanthara is gearing up for the release of her horror-thriller ‘Connect’ this Thursday. Ahead of the film’s release, the actor and her husband, filmmaker Vignesh Shivan made their first public appearance after embracing parenthood. The couple attended a special premiere of ‘Connect’ on Monday night and their pictures and videos from the event are going viral on the internet.
Nayanthara and Vignesh interacted with the fans who assembled for the special show.
For the unversed, the couple became parents to twins via surrogacy in October.
‘Connect’, directed by Ashwin Saravanan, is the first Tamil film to release in cinemas without an intermission. Veteran actor Anupam Kher also plays an important role in the horror-thriller that is set during the national lockdown of India.
‘Connect’ marks the filmmaker’s second outing with Nayanthara. Their first film together was ‘Maya’, a paranormal thriller.
