Ranveer Singh accused of driving ₹3.9 crore Aston Martin with 'invalid insurance'; team dismisses claims

Actor Ranveer Singh is often seen driving around in his luxury car Aston Martin, worth Rs 3.9 crore. Recently, the Bollywood star came under scanner after a netizen claimed that his vehicle’s insurance policy had expired. Now, Ranveer’s team has reportedly issued a statement clarifying the same. Sharing the document, which shows the latest policy issue date, they said that the car had a valid insurance policy, which was renewed this July.

Photos of Ranveer taking his car for a spin in the city went viral on the internet.
Tagging the Mumbai Police, a Twitter user asked them to take 'strict action' against the actor and wrote that he was driving an ‘Insurance Failed car’.

Mumbai Police’s social media team then responded that the tweet was forwarded to concerned department.

Before this issue, Ranveer Singh had sparked controversy after posing nude for a magazine. An FIR was filed against him, claiming images were ‘obscene’ and hurt ‘women’s sentiments.’

On the work front, Ranveer Singh has Rohit Shetty’s ‘Cirkus’, and Karan Johar’s ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ in his kitty.
