On the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri, the makers announced the release date of the much-awaited project, Adipurush. The film starring Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan, Kriti Sanon will be released on 12th January 2023.
The multilingual film celebrates the victory of 'good over evil'. It is based on a mythological drama.

South superstar Prabhas took to his social media to unveil the film's release date.
The film was supposed to be released in August 2022 but was delayed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Adipurush stars Prabhas who will be essaying the role of Lord Ram, aka Adipurush. Kriti Sanon will be seen as Sita, while Saif Ali Khan will portray the role of Lankesh.
Helmed by Om Raut, 'Adipurush' is bankrolled by Bhushan Kumar under the banner of T-Series. The pan-India film is shot in Telugu and Hindi. It will also be dubbed in Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
