Robin Bhatt (who happens to be Alia's uncle) recently spoke to India Today stating that the Ranbir-Alia wedding would be a 4-day event. He said that, while the mehndi ceremony will happen on April 13, the marriage will happen on April 14 at Vastu (RK’s Bandra home).
According to a report in Pinkvilla, a source close to Ranbir gave some insights into the couple's wedding reception. The source reportedly revealed that Ranbir and Alia's star-studded grand reception will be held on April 17 at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai.
Buzz is that the couple has already sent invites to the who's who of Bollywood. Their reception is touted to be a lavish affair that will be attended by several A-listers like Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Aditya Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan, Ayan Mukerji, Karan Johar among others.
