Mumbai Civic Body, BMC has asked the Bombay High Court to dismiss actor Kangana Ranaut’s plea seeking ₹ 2 crores in damages for demolishing a part of her office in Mumbai.
BMC filed an affidavit challenging Kangana's petition and said the actress has suppressed true facts and isn't liable for any relief.
Calling Ranaut's plea an abuse of the process of law, BMC told Court that her petition should not be entertained and must be dismissed with costs.
Kangana Ranaut filed a plea on September 15, seeking compensation of ₹ 2 cr from the BMC.
