In a disturbing incident, a partially-burnt body of a woman was reportedly found in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida. The woman, Birma Devi was found dead inside her house in Dankaur town, on April 15.

The victim's daughter and son-in-law are the prime suspects in the case, as per news agency PTI. The victim's son Vipin alleged that his sister Meenu and her husband Mahaveer had been harassing Devi for ₹15 lakh insurance money.

Birma Devi had received the money after the death of her husband.  Her daughter and son-in-law have been accused of misbehaving with her, and pressurising her to hand over the cash.

The accused are yet to be arrested, and two police teams have reportedly been formed to apprehend them.
