Ola which has found itself in the #Trending section for the wrong reasons seems to have a troll army that is in gear to defend it when critique or complaints surface on social media.
The Mint reports that a pattern of coordinated twitter handles were observed 'attacking' those who complained about Ola's products or raised critique in the product. The most glaring example came as responses when an aggrieved parent hit out at Ola.

Balwant Singh whose son was injured due to an alleged malfunctioning of an Ola scooter took to social media to ask the company to take onus. But Singh found himself at the receiving end as over 50 twitter users downplayed the injuries with some even accusing Balwant of trying to 'blackmail' Ola.
Investigation done by Mint also throw up over Mint 100 Twitter accounts that only like, retweet, and applaud tweets that are positive about Ola Electric’s self-driving experiment as well praise filled information for founder Bhavish Aggarwal.
