Apple has reportedly been fined $12 million in Russia, for allegedly abusing its dominance in the mobile applications market. Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service said that the fine has been issued since Apple’s App Store gave the firm a competitive advantage on the iOS platform. Apple has reportedly “respectfully disagreed” with the ruling, and will be appealing the decision.
