A video allegedly showing a senior Twitter engineer making startling claims about the micro-blogging site has been released by an American far-right group called Project Veritas. The group described the video as undercover footage on its website.

Project Veritas identified the man shown in the video as senior Twitter engineer Siru Murugesan.

Murugesan is shown saying that Twitter does not believe in free speech and has a strong left bias. He goes on to claim that the right-wing supporters are openly censored in the company.

The Project Veritas video seems to have been made from footage filmed on different days in different locations.

The video also shows Murugesan speaking about Elon Musk's plan to take over Twitter and how no one in the company is happy about the deal.

The video comes amid reports of Twitter employees being scared for their jobs if Elon Musk takes over the company.
