Incessant rain in Arunachal Pradesh has submerged the electricity sub-station at Balipara (Sonitpur). Power supply has been disrupted in several places. Rain water has also inundated roads, Kamarigaon Naam Ghar (Vashnavite temple), the Primary School and houses.
