Residents of a coastal Karnataka village were in for a shock as a giant crocodile was seen strolling on the streets on Thursday morning. The reptile reportedly made its way from a nearby river into the Kogilabanna village in Uttara Kannada district. The video of the crocodile walking in the village has gone viral.
In the video, the crocodile is seen parading down the streets of the village triggering panic among the locals.
Forest department officials later captured the crocodile and released it into the river.
