IPL 2021 is back!

Defending Champions Mumbai Indians will face Chennai super kings as the UAE leg of this year's lucrative league will kick start from September 19th, BCCI confirmed on Sunday. The 14th edition of IPL was suspended earlier this year after several positive cases were reported in the IPL bio-bubble during the second wave of Covid-19 in India. Out of the 31 remaining matches, Dubai International Stadium will host 13 matches including the first match on September 19th, the first qualifier on October 10, and the final. Sharjah will host 10 games including the Eliminator on October 11 and the 2nd qualifier on Oct 13. The remaining matches will be played in Abu Dhabi. The final match will be played on October 15th.
