UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Friday that he would seek a no-deal Brexit unless there is a fundamental change of approach from the European Union. His statement came after negotiators failed to agree on a deal ahead of Johnson’s self-imposed October 15 deadline. Brussels on Thursday called on the UK 'to make the necessary moves to make an agreement possible’.  ‘Yield on key sticking points or see a rupture of ties with the bloc from January 1’, the EU warned. This did not go down well with UK and the country’s main Brexit negotiator, David Frost, said he was 'surprised by the EU’s suggestion that all future moves must come from UK'. The no-deal Brexit would create chaos further hurting the economy already hit  by the pandemic.
