The global release of the new Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is scheduled for September 19, the Taiwanese manufacturer has officially confirmed.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC is confirmed to power the new gaming-focused smartphone. The flagship SoC features an ARM Cortex-X2 CPU with a maximum clock speed of 3.2GHz.
The forthcoming model will be a member of the Asus ROG Phone 6 line, which presently consists of the ROG Phone 6 and the ROG Phone 6 Pro, both of which have Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
It is expected that the ROG Phone 6D Ultimate will share the same design and specs as the other two variants.
The launch event will occur simultaneously in New York, Berlin, and Taipei at 5.30 PM IST.
