As per a report by cybersecurity firm Fortinet, India records over 300 million cases of malware attacks everyday.
In the fourth quarter of 2022, India recorded a total virus count of 37,697,022, with over 4,18,000 viruses per day.
The report indicates that India was responsible for 5.81 percent of the global virus count. In addition, the report revealed that Botnet count in India was 204,554,825, with over 2.2 million Bots per day.
Furthermore, the exploits targeting Indian networks were 4.35 percent of the global exploits.
