The latest addition to Poco's budget smartphone lineup, the Poco M6 Pro 5G, has been unveiled in the Indian market. Let's take a closer look at the smartphone's price, availability, specifications, and features.

Poco M6 Pro 5G Price in India and Sale Details

The pricing for the Poco M6 Pro 5G in India begins from Rs 10,999 for the 4GB RAM and 6

4GB storage variant, and Rs 12,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model. The smartphone's first sale in India is slated for August 9th, commencing at 12 PM on Flipkart. The Poco M6 Pro 5G will be available in two distinctive colours: Power Black and Forest Green.

A launch offer of a Rs. 1000 instant discount with ICICI Bank cards is also part of the introduction.

Poco M6 Pro 5G Specifications

The Poco M6 Pro 5G features a 6.79-inch FHD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate, safeguarded by Gorilla Glass 3.

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, establishing itself as a strong contender in the 5G smartphone segment within this price bracket in India. It is available in two storage configurations: 4GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB, with a microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 1TB.

In the camera department, the Poco M6 Pro 5G sports a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor at the back, accompanied by an LED flash. The device also features an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calling.

The Poco M6 Pro 5G is equipped with a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The device ships with MIUI 14 based on Android 13, with Poco pledging two major Android updates and three years of security updates. Additionally, the smartphone comes with an IP53 rating for water and dust resistance.
