Google has extended its Nearby Share feature to Windows computers through a dedicated desktop app.

The feature allows users to share files between Android devices and Windows PCs seamlessly, without having to plug in a cable.

Nearby Share for Windows works with 64-bit Windows 10 or above computers, with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support.

The beta version of the app is now available in the US and select regions globally.
