Javelin champion Neeraj Chopra set to return to field after Tokyo Olympics

Neeraj chopra who won the gold medal at the Tokyo 2020 is set to make his return to the field for the upcoming Paavo Nurmi Games 2022, which will be held in Finland. 

The 24-year-old ace Indian athlete who has not competed since returning from Tokyo will take part in the Paavo Nurmi Games which are considered to be a gold event in the World Athletics Continental tour. It is one of the biggest track and field competitions outside the Diamond League.

The Haryana-based athlete who will aim for a strong comeback ahead of the next month's World Athletics championship and Commonwealth Games is the only Indian participating in the tournament.
