'The focus is not India comeback', said Hardik Pandya, the skipper of the debutant IPL team Gujarat Titans who have had a stunning IPL 2022 so far.
The ace allrounder has been struggling to find a spot in the Indian team after his 2019 back injury. He last played for Team India in the World T20 in 2021.
However, the focus for him is currently his IPL team. In his post-match presentation, Pandya said that his performance in IPL matters more and added that he will see where the future takes him. The Baroda-based cricketer said that his India selection is not in his hands, his team's performance is, so he will only focus on that.
