The IPL governing council chairman Brijesh Patel cleared the air over the dates of the IPL 2022 mega auction on Tuesday.
The IPL 2022 mega auction, which will see two new IPL franchises, will take place on February 12 and 13 at Bengaluru.

This could be the last mega auction in the IPL's 14-year history as many franchisees are against releasing players after every five years.
The IPL 2022 auction will see some intense bidding as 10 franchisees would be vying to make a perfect squad.
