IPL 2022: Lockie Ferguson bowls the fastest delivery of season in IPL final

Gujarat Titans' pacer Lockie Ferguson bowled the fastest delivery of IPL 2022 in the final match against Rajasthan Royals at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. 

The 30-year old pacer bowled a delivery clocking 157.3kmph against Rajasthan and overtook Sunrisers Hyderabad's Umran Malik, who had bowled at 157kmph in the ongoing season.

Ferguson and Umran had been the fastest bowlers throughout the season.

With this delivery, Lockie Ferguson has broken Umran's dream to become the fastest bowler of the season. The Kiwi pacer has taken 12 wickets in 13 matches in IPL 2022.
