While the Indian Premier League and Pakistan Super League are the most sought-after domestic tournaments, former Pakistan cricketer Danish Kaneria feels that IPL has the upper hand. The former spinner believes that the Indian Premier League is a very professional event, especially in comparison to the Pakistan Super League. Praising India's cash-rich league, Kaneria said that with every season IPL is getting better.

He pointed out that IPL has paved the way for many talents. A lot of Indian players like Mohammad Siraj, Ishan Kishan, Avesh Khan got their national breakthrough on the back of their stunning performances in the Indian Premier League.
