Kapil Dev made a shocking revelation on Sunday that he didn't attend the India vs Australia Cricket World Cup final as he wasn't invited.
The 1983 World Cup-winning skipper told ABP news, 'You called me, I came here. Unhone nahi bulaya, mein nahi gaya (the BCCI didn't call me, I didn't go), as simple as that. I wanted my whole 1983 World Cup team to be there. But there is so much work going on, there's so much responsibility, sometimes people forget.'
While Kapil Dev wasn't there in the stands, many former captains and celebrities were invited to watch the ultimate showdown in Ahmedabad.
