France footballer Kylian Mbappe has defended the French footballing legend Zinedine Zidane after the France Football federation president Noel Le Graet disrespected the latter saying that he would not pick up the phone if Zidane wanted to discuss about coaching the national team with him.

"I don't give a damn, he can go wherever he wants." said Le Graet after being asked about the possibility of Zidane coaching the Brazilian national team.

"Zidane is France, we don't disrespect the legend like that," Mbappe tweeted after Le Graet's interview was aired.

3-time UCL winner Zinedine Zidane was also France's main man in their 1998 World Cup triumph.
