Former India captain Sachin Tendulkar, ex-Team India head coach Anil Kumble and former Indian women's cricket team captain Mithali Raj reached Ram Mandir in Ayodhya ahead of the Pran Pratishtha ceremony on Sunday.

On the special occasion, Mithali Raj said, 'We all wanted this for a very long time and I feel that this is just a calling to be here on this big occasion. It's just a celebration and we are very happy to just be here and be a part of this celebration.'

Kumble, who reached the Ram temple with his wife said, 'It's a divine occasion and we are blessed to be a part of this. Very historic and looking forward to seeking the blessings of Ram Lalla. It will mean a lot more to us and we will continue to come to Ayodhya but just to be a part of this occasion is a wonderful feeling and we are really blessed.'
