Pakistan avoided defeat in the 1st Test vs New Zealand as bad light forced early stumps on Day 5. As a result, the Karachi Test ended in a draw.

96 by Imam-ul-Haq in the 2nd innings helped Pakistan declare at 311/8, setting the Kiwis a target of 138 runs.

New Zealand tried their best to chase it down in the last hour of the day but could manage 61/1 in 7.3 overs before bad light sent the players off.
