With IPL 2023 round the corner, former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir came out with another criticism for a player who has lit up the Indian Premier League on several occasions, AB de Villiers.
Gambhir made a controvercial remark on de Villiers saying that anyone can score runs at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium, which is the homeground of the Royal Challengers Bangalore. ABD played most of his IPL for RCB.
"Ab de villiers only had personal records in the IPL. Anybody could have scored runs at the Chinnaswamy Stadium," said Gambhir on Star Sports.
Gambhir refused to rate him as one of the best players to have played in the IPL and landed a questionable opinion about the former South African cricketer.
