Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur found it hard to control her tears as she cursed her wretched luck for the freak run-out that led to another heartbreaking defeat for the Women in Blue in an ICC knockout match.
Harmanpreet, who had a medical emergency on the eve of the match, smashed a brilliant fifty to take India close to victory.
However, the Indian captain's freak dismissal where she was caught short of the crease after her bat got stuck in the turf, turned the tide in Australia's favour.

Wearing black sunglasses to hide her tears during the post-match comments, Harmanpreet struggled for words after the shattering loss.
"The way I got run out, can't be unluckier than that," she said at the presentation ceremony.
