Despite plenty of rain on the final day of the opening Ashes 2023 Test in Birmingham, Australia managed to beat England in a thriller.
However, the London weather forecast is also looking grim. Black Clouds will welcome the players at the Lord's on Day 1 of the 2nd Test.
Will it rain in London?
According to AccuWeather, it isn't expected to rain on Day 1 but there will be a 91% cloud cover for the entire duration of play.
The good news is that rain isn't expected to play a part on the opening day of the 2nd Test.
However, thunderstorms are predicted to lash the ground overnight and the forecast for Day 2 is not very promising.
