BCCI's Chairman of Selectors, Chetan Sharma, has resigned from his post.

The resignation comes two days after a sting operation on the chief selector by Zee Media.

From claiming that players faked fitness to revealing details of the Ganguly-Kohli ego battle that cost the latter his ODI captaincy, Chetan Sharma revealed plenty during the sting operation.

The 57-year-old, who was only reappointed as the Chief Selector a month back, sent his resignation to BCCI secretary Jay Shah.
