A court in Mumbai on Tuesday sent actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe to judicial custody for 14 days in the pornography case.
Raj Kundra’s lawyer is going to move the Bombay High Court for bail. The hearing for his bail application will take place on Wednesday.
Kundra was arrested on the night of July 19 by Mumbai police’s crime branch after being booked under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
He is accused of creation & circulation of porn films. The crime branch also recovered porn film script from his hidden closet during the raid at his residence.
