Actress-model Sherlyn Chopra, who appeared before the Mumbai Crime Branch on Monday to record her statement in connection with the porn racket case involving Shilpa Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, has now accused him of sexual assault, according to reports.
Sherlyn Chopra has alleged that in 2019, Raj Kundra showed up 'unannounced' at her place following which an argument took place between them, she went on to say that Kundra then tried to 'kiss' her even though she 'resisted'.
Sherlyn also said that she told Kundra that she didn't want to get involved with a married man or mix business with pleasure, to which Raj said that his relationship with his wife Shilpa Shetty was complicated and he was stressed most of the time at home.
Sherlyn further added that she asked him to stop as she was scared and after a while, she managed to push him and rush into the washroom.
Raj Kundra, who is currently in 14-day judicial custody, was denied of a bail by the lower court on Wednesday.
