A Mumbai sessions court refused actor Gehana Vasisth any interim protection from arrest in connection with a pornography film racket case involving Raj Kundra.
According to a report in a leading daily, the court has kept the matter for further hearing on Friday.
Vasisth filed an anticipatory bail application in the sessions court requesting protection from arrest after a second FIR was registered against her at Malwani police station.
Reportedly, the crime branch, which is investigating the case, opposed the plea & told the court that she directed the purportedly pornographic films that Raj Kundra purchased and she used to threaten models to work for them.
