The Mumbai crime branch on Wednesday filed a second charge sheet against businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra in connection with the pornographic film racket.
The 1500-page supplementary chargesheet contains statements from 43 witnesses, including Kundra's actor wife Shilpa Shetty and Sherlyn Chopra.
In the chargesheet, cops said that Raj Kundra was the 'main facilitator' in the pornographic content case.
They added that Kundra along with other accused exploited many young women who were struggling in the industry by filming them in obscene ways.
The Mumbai police claim that through these pornographic films, that were hosted on the Hotshots app, Kundra allegedly earned over ₹1.17 crore, between August and December 2020.

Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai crime branch on July 19 and is currently in jail under judicial custody. His bail plea is pending before the Mumbai sessions court.
He has been booked for sexual harassment and cheating, under provisions of the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
