Former RBI Governor Raghuram Rajan says it was complacency and lack of leadership that has led to the covid crisis and vaccine chaos in India.

Speaking to Bloomberg Television Rajan said "There was a sense that we had endured the worst the virus could give us and we had come through and it was time to open up, and that complacency hurt us,”
