PwC embraces WFH beyond pandemic, says start when you like, leave when you like

Early end on Fridays to absolute flexibility in timings, this is the new working mantra for accountancy giant PwC that announced new flexible working norms for it's staff giving them much more control over their working pattern.

PwC will also allow it's 22,000 employees to continue working from home some of the time beyond the pandemic. The accounting major is also looking at condensed work week this summer as it  added that it was assumed most of its staff would finish working at lunchtime on Friday


PwC is the first of the big four accountancy firms to announce their post-pandemic strategy.
