The PUBG: New State closed alpha has gone live in certain regions. Krafton’s version of PUBG: Mobile is set in the year 2051, and features new modern weapons and gadgets like drones.
The alpha gameplay footage also shows the game’s new map, called Troi, with futuristic locations and buildings. PUBG: New State has gone up for pre-registration globally, but the game will not be available in India.
Instead, Krafton is focused on launching the India-specific Battlegrounds Mobile in the country.
