A mumbai court has said that Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra will continue to remain in custody till August 20.
Opposing his bail in Court, the Mumbai police said that Kundra's crime is of a serious nature and they are still probing where all the videos were uploaded.
The cops went on to say that if Kundra is granted bail, he would continue to commit similar crimes by uploading obscene videos, which will send a wrong message to society.
The Mumbai police also pointed out that Kundra is a UK citizen and he could try and escape the country if granted bail.
The police also emphasised that most of the women involved in the case are from poor financial backgrounds, who might refuse to come forward if he is released on bail.
