The Centre on Friday rejected Rahul Gandhi's demand for a court-monitored inquiry into snooping allegations linked to the Pegasus spyware reports. The Congress leader accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of using the Pegasus spyware against India and its institutions.

Earlier in the day Rahul alleged that all his phones were tapped and that his security men had been asked to report on everything he said.
