Pay me less, but don't call me back to work! The return to office vs WFH struggle

An online survey showed that 65% of workers questioned were willing to take a pay cut in order to maintain the current status of work from home (WFH). 

The survey which was commissioned by an insurance firm Breeze as per Bloomberg found that 65% of American workers who said their jobs could be done entirely remotely were willing to take a pay cut of 5% to stay at home and work. 

Nearly half of the respondents also said they were willing to reduce paid time off given by the company to be able to work from home as it increases productivity.
